These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mari44 platform. By registering an account or using any service offered at mari44.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Eligibility: 21+ Only
Registration and use of mari44 is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts opened by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active account on the mari44 platform. Duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances held therein. Shared accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses issued by mari44 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering obligations are fully satisfied. mari44 reserves the right to void bonuses where abuse is detected.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method used for the corresponding deposit. KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. mari44 reserves the right to request additional documentation.
Void Bets & Game Errors
mari44 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or manifest errors in odds or game configuration. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, affected bets will be refunded unless the game result has been definitively settled.
Account Suspension Rights
mari44 may suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match collusion, or any behaviour inconsistent with fair play standards. Decisions made under this clause are final subject to the disputes process.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the mari44 website accessible at mari44.net and all associated mobile-optimised pages, sub-domains, and services operated thereunder.
- "User" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by mari44.
- "Account" means the personal registered account held by a User on the mari44 Platform.
- "Operator" means the legal entity operating the mari44 Platform under applicable international online gaming licensing.
- "Balance" means the aggregate sum of deposited funds, unsettled bet stakes, and settled winnings held within a User's Account at any given time.
- "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to distinct wagering conditions as specified in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and source-of-funds verification procedures applied in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
- "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Accounts on the Platform are denominated.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By completing the mari44 registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by accessing and using the Platform in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Operator on the terms set out herein.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with mari44's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to bonuses or events you participate in. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotional-specific document, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional document expressly states otherwise.
2.3 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an Account or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Restriction: The mari44 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. It is a condition of registration that you confirm your age at the time of sign-up, and the Operator will verify this during the KYC process.
3.2 You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or are a citizen of. Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation complies with applicable Malaysian law.
3.3 The Platform is not available to persons on self-exclusion lists, employees or agents of the Operator, software providers, payment providers, or affiliates of mari44, or their immediate family members residing in the same household.
3.4 The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration to any person at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reason.
4. Account Registration & KYC
4.1 Each User may hold only one Account on the mari44 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. The Operator will consolidate or suspend duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances held in accounts opened in breach of this clause.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
4.3 Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at such other times as the Operator determines necessary, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of: (a) a copy of your valid Malaysian MyKad or passport; (b) proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months); (c) proof of payment method ownership; and (d) source of funds documentation if requested.
4.4 KYC verification is conducted in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.
5. Account Security
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
5.2 The Operator is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.3 You must notify mari44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Upon receipt of such notification, the Operator will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.4 The Operator recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. Accounts with 2FA enabled benefit from additional verification requirements before any withdrawal or login from an unrecognised device is processed.
6. Deposits & Payment Methods
6.1 All deposits to the mari44 Platform are denominated in MYR. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect), and USDT TRC20.
6.2 The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. The Operator may impose maximum single-transaction or daily deposit limits at its discretion.
6.3 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account or wallet not belonging to the registered Account holder — are prohibited and will be reversed where identified, less any applicable processing fees.
6.4 The Operator does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Such fees are your responsibility.
7. Withdrawals
7.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, the Operator will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered in the User's name.
7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4. The Operator may delay processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
7.3 KYC-verified withdrawals to e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes. FPX bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1 to 3 business hours. Processing times are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
7.4 The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or suspend withdrawal processing in cases where: (a) fraud is suspected; (b) bonus wagering conditions have not been satisfied; (c) a chargeback dispute is outstanding; or (d) regulatory requirements demand enhanced due diligence.
7.5 Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until such requirements are satisfied.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply.
8.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are wagered first. Bonus Funds become available once the real-money balance is exhausted (or otherwise as specified).
8.3 Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unmet wagering requirements upon expiry of the promotion period will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.
8.4 The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time. In the event that a bonus is issued in error, the Operator reserves the right to reclaim it.
8.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in account suspension.
9. Betting Rules
9.1 All sportsbook bets placed on the mari44 Platform are subject to the specific sports and bet-type rules published in the Platform's sports rules section, which form part of this Agreement by reference.
9.2 Bets accepted by the Platform constitute a binding agreement between the User and the Operator. Once a bet is confirmed as accepted, it may only be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation provisions in the applicable sports rules.
9.3 The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error, including but not limited to data feed errors, incorrect market configuration, or typographical mistakes in odds display. Voided bets will be refunded to the User's account.
9.4 Maximum winnings per single bet and per event may be subject to limits as published in the Platform's betting rules. Where a User's winnings on a settled bet would exceed the published maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the maximum amount regardless of the stated odds.
9.5 The Operator may void, amend, or re-settle bets where an event result is subsequently revised by the relevant governing body, or where the Operator determines that a result was achieved through match manipulation or other irregular activity.
10. Casino Game Rules
10.1 Casino games available on the mari44 Platform are governed by the specific game rules of each individual title as presented within the game interface. Users are advised to review game rules prior to placing real-money wagers.
10.2 RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run figures audited by the applicable third-party certifying body and do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session.
10.3 Live dealer games are conducted by independent studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming) under their own operational procedures and are streamed to the Platform in real time. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game equipment under camera observation.
10.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live dealer game, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to settle the affected game based on available records. Where settlement cannot be determined, affected bets will be refunded.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the mari44 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate or alias accounts);
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
- Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
- Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime;
- Collusion with other players or with live dealer personnel;
- Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Clause 8.5;
- Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals initiated in bad faith;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on the mari44 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, and game content, is the proprietary intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from the Operator.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 The Operator shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or winnings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or special damages; (d) delays or failures in Platform availability resulting from circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
13.3 The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of Platform downtime or technical malfunction, except as provided in Clauses 9.3 and 10.4.
14. Responsible Gaming
14.1 mari44 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to support players in managing their gambling activity. These tools are accessible in every Account's Settings section.
14.2 Self-exclusion applied by a User takes effect immediately and applies for the duration selected. The Operator will not accept registrations or deposits from a self-excluded User during the exclusion period. Early reinstatement requests will be subject to a minimum cooling-off period.

15. Amendments to these Terms
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via an on-Platform notification at least 7 calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any outstanding balance.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
16.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed under international online gaming regulations. Malaysian players acknowledge that no Malaysian domestic online gambling licensing framework currently exists and that their use of the Platform is subject to this international licensing regime.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, Users must first contact mari44 customer support in writing to seek informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 14 business days, the User may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process available under the Operator's licensing framework.
16.3 The Operator's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus qualification, made in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game/sports rules, is final unless it is found to have been made in manifest error.
